United States of America Patriot Act; It is hereby declared that all Policies, Legislative Acts and Constitutional Amendments that are initiated and passed by the House shall meet the following criteria. (1) Are to the best of all Interest Sound and of Common Good to the Republic, States and Communities of these United States of America. (2) Conceived, Understood and Enacted with the Singleness of Purpose to Support and Defend the Citizens, and Future Citizen of the Republic, States and Communities of these United States of America. (3) No Parties of this Republic, State or Community should or will be given the Right to Withdraw Employment, Funds, or the Undeniable American Rights to be exported to another Country, Dictatorship or Nation. (4) It should and always will be the Guarantee of the 3 Branches of the United States of America to assure that Citizens and Legally Documented Citizens are Protected, Supported and Defended in their Inalienable pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness. (5) It is and Should always be the Interest of the 3 Branches of the United States of America to Enact, Initiate and Enforce all Patriotic and Legislative requirements to assure the Sound, Unbiased and Equally Distributed hope that the American Citizen is and will be the soul priority of the United States House’s of Government. (6) That Any and All Citizens found Guilty of Inspiring to Withdraw, Withhold or Export the Manufacturing, Research and Development, and or any Opportunity generated and conceived within the Republic, States or Communities of the United States of America be held on Charges of Treason. (7) That the definition of Treason be clearly and accurately defined as: (a) The offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign. (b) A violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state. (c) The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery. (d) The knowing and provoked effort to undermine and weaken the Economy, Through methods of using personal Agendas, Monetary gain, Special interests, Or Transferring of Technologies. (e) Profiteering from the transference of Manufacturing locations outside of these United States of America to: alleviate E.P.A. Standards, Manipulate and take Advantage of Slave Labor, and or Increase Stocks Prices Due to No Restrictions, and Foreign Corruption.
