Standards, Manipulate and take Advantage of Slave Labor, and or Increase Stocks Prices Due to No Restrictions, and Foreign Corruption.

Allow me to admit that I was not notified of the San Jose City Council meeting which surprisingly took place on Thursday night in council chambers. I was some how surprised that a mere 8 to 10 members of the community were present, and this merely days after the announcement by the Mayor Chuck Reed for the Police never to settle for second best, implying that with reports of "Tainted Trials and Stolen Justice", the police should continue to practice their typical use of excessive force and undocumented police abuse. Meeting of September 27th 2007, Topic was to be on "Ethics", and the central thesis was "Lobbyist", surprisingly this topic is also one of my own highest concerns, as our elected officials have stated on record that their policies will be on "Accountability" (per the Bush Administration) and now Transparent Government per Mayor Chuck Reed.. Transparency is in the same category as Perception, meaning one group may wish to defend a certain agenda and use methods of prevarication for supporting their perspective, as with most politicians today if they wish to defend their stance of supporting Law Enforcement Agencies then they obviously use the rehearsed comment of the tough stance on crime as if the tough stance on crime is responsible for lower crime, when the credit belong to the members in the community not committing criminal actions. The Meeting began in the usual way introductions, which raised my concerns. The Mayor eloquently introduced Mr. Bob Sheppard, retired from IBM, and with other accomplishments also involved in the same industry. My obvious concern was that these members of the community really do not represent a diverse selection of the vast diversity within our multicultural metropolis. Then Carl Cookson, a wonderfully compassionate man, a committed member trying to be inquisitive and suggestive. Judy Netter as I heard from her and her accomplishments she was actually on the board in the City of Santa Clara Council Meetings, also her comments were well conceived and thoroughly documented. Steve Loomney from the District Attorney's Office specializing in Lobbyist Law and Ethics, He was well spoken and his concerns are focused on the duties of the Council. Franklin Wess, has served with Mayor Reed before on some type of Property Board, also retired from IBM, one of only two members of the council of color, did speak earlier of a son, who is also active in Local Government. Miss Thomas spoke some though I did not hear her entire introduction, my bad. There was a Woman who was involved in other city council areas in the past and had a lot of intellectual input. The last Member of the Council, was another man of color, and "excuse me" for missing his name. He brought up a lot of very good issues, perceptions, and current positive attitudes towards city policies. The compliments were overwhelming as many of the appointed cabinet members seemed pleased with current transparencies within the San Jose Mayors office. They spoke quite awhile on an issue of a prior meeting at which some rule had been violated, though because of the making it public record it did not violate any significant rule. What took a high point was at the Public comments section of the meeting, a member of the community took the microphone and brought up the issue of Ethics and Lobbyist, per State Representative Ms. Romero, in her past investigations, the Law Enforcement Agencies make up one of the strongest Lobbyist organizations in California Politics, and having some understanding of Police Abuse and Excessive Force allegations this community representative went at lengths on the apparent conflict that the mayor is having with the Police Chief. The Mayor asked to speak to this individual after the meeting in deeper detail. I made myself closer as the 2 men spoke after the meeting, the community representative admitted on the microphone to have been prosecuted by the City of San Jose's Police Department, and having said this he also spoke of how given unbridled powers the "Police and Prosecutors" can and do paint the ugliest of paintings of the "defendant". Mayor Reed spoke as if He was ignorant of the proven investigation of the San Jose Mercury News "Stolen Justice, Tainted Trials", stating that every person can go through trial as if the trial process were not subject of both questionable Ethics, but also Discrimination and Partiality. The confrontation ended swiftly as Mayor Reed further commented on the course of an accused through the trial process, and I took to heart how often I hear suggestions about the Medical Field always being on the cutting edge of science and technology, always advancing and always moving forward towards bettering it's self, "but not so", with the legal profession. The justice department in America is an association not moving, not striving to eradicate new procedures, and the argument is always there is not a better system anywhere, suggesting that we never need to fix this broken Discriminatory, Bias and Partial system, "it works just fine". Our Jails and Prisons are at maximum capability, and despite the convicts suggesting they were denied a fair trial, well, "What do they know anyway". When Our elected officials say that our city policies should be in line with state law, that is ignoring the power and guaranteed rights afforded by the United State Constitution, Our elected officials should always remember that states thought they were doing right when they denied Black Students the right to public schools, and City governments believed they were doing the right thing when the police in Little Rock Arkansas, shot, arrested and injured blacks who merely wanted to practice constitutional rights. We need always protect and enforce those rights guaranteed within the U.S.C. For it is by recognizing those rights. We find ourselves walking that proud history as "Americans". Placing the Mayor in "Ethical", practices of siding and enforcing the powers of the Law Enforcement Unions, seems slightly questionable. Raising still other questions, when a community the size of San Jose finds it's self being described as one of the safest big cities in America, would it not be speaking highly of the Citizenry, rather then the agency which job it is to report, arrest and imprison. If the Mayor won't say it, I will. "Thank You", to the Citizens of the City of San Jose.

I placed "almighty GOD" as the most powerful, and most helpful being in the universe, but then everything starts going wrong I ask GOD why and He won't talk to Me, I say to GOD that I have turned my will and Life over to his care but he doesn't direct me, nor does he take me to green pastures, He is abandoning me to the brutile and hostile elements, Greed, Pride, Lust, control of others, Life is Victimizing me as I say to GOD you are all powerful, why is your power controlled by any Earthly situation. I pray that the end will come soon as my inspiration, and Hope are vapor. I lost everything dear to me.

I recently found myself, denied the decision I sought from the Northern District Court in San Francisco Ca. It in fact was arguing that my Lawyer never present my case (defense) and as the result in responsible for the conviction, As the Court has decided in the past that the Lawyer will stear the case, though unlike a Captain of the Ship the Lawyer can escape the tradgety though the victim of the reckless stearage finds himself Shackled, Bound, and imprisoned, ruining their livelihood, Lives, and Careers.
